We contact owners who are publicly advertising property for sale to find out whether they would be interested in exploring an alternative route to sale.

Are you an estate agent?
No. MovePath Property is an independent property introducer. We do not list, market or sell property.
Are you buying my property?
No. We do not buy property and we do not make offers. We talk through your options and, where it may suit you, introduce you to an established auction specialist.
Do I have to sell by auction?
No. Auction is one option to consider. You are free to continue with your current agent or choose any other route.
What happens if I'm interested?
We ask a few questions about the property, your price expectations and your timescale. If auction may suit you, we can introduce you to a specialist, only with your permission.

What fees would I pay?
There is no charge to you for speaking with us. If you go ahead with an auction specialist we have introduced you to, that specialist pays MovePath an introduction fee. The specialist will set out their own fees, reserve and terms to you before you commit to anything, and you are welcome to ask us about our fee at any time.
