2. What we do
MovePath Property is an independent property introducer. We speak with property owners about their goals and, where appropriate and only with their permission, introduce them to established property auction specialists.
We are not an estate agent, auctioneer or property buyer. We do not market, value, buy or sell property, and we do not make offers to purchase property.
3. No obligation
Speaking with us is free and does not commit you to anything. You are free to decide not to proceed with an introduction, or with any auction specialist, at any time.
4. Introduction fees
We do not charge property owners for our service. If you proceed with an auction specialist we have introduced you to, that specialist pays MovePath Property an introduction fee. You are welcome to ask us about this fee at any time.
5. Auction specialists
Auction specialists are independent businesses. Any agreement you make with a specialist is between you and them, on their terms. They are responsible for their own advice, valuations, reserve prices, fees, marketing and the auction process. We encourage you to read their terms carefully and to take independent legal and financial advice before committing to a sale.
6. Information on this website
The content of this website is general information only. It is not legal, financial or property advice, and you should not rely on it as such. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is.
7. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice or services of any auction specialist or other third party, or for the outcome of any sale. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or introduce harmful code. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. All content and branding on this website belongs to PropertyXX Ltd and may not be copied without our permission.
